Our brilliant interns join us fresh from two weeks at the Cannes Film Festival, ready to bring their unique perspectives and energy to our team.

Damon Condon is a current Master of Entertainment Industry Management at Carnegie Mellon University and an aspiring entertainment industry professional. Driven by a passion for family entertainment, Damon is determined to use his creative talents to produce projects that captivate audiences of all ages. He is currently in post-production for his second short film, which he is directing and producing based on a short story he wrote through the Reel Time Film Club at Carnegie Mellon. With his extensive foundation in design and a deep commitment to the entertainment industry, Damon hopes to make a significant impact on the world of family entertainment and bring people back together through the movies and television they are consuming.
Rui Wang, originally from China, is currently pursuing a Master’s in Entertainment Industry Management at CMU. With bachelor’s degrees in Statistics and Film & Visual Media, Rui is passionate about the media industry and excited to join Luminous Blue as an intern.
